 Roadside Assistance

Most drivers will experience a breakdown at some point in their driving career. But with the Village Advantage Program, you don't need to worry about getting stuck with costly towing and repair charges. In the event of mechanical breakdown or vehicle disablement, we will reimburse you for your towing, jump start, flat tire change and lockout assistance expenses. After you use any of those services, just send us the bill and we will reimburse you as soon as possible. We offer up to $100 per incident for a maximum of three incidents per 12 months.

 Theft Protection

Nobody wants to think about their car getting stolen, but here at Village Toyota we have thought it all through to make sure you're covered. In the event your vehicle is stolen and not recovered, or determined a total loss due to theft, you may be eligible for the following benefits:

• Reimbursement of auto/comprehensive deductible up to $500
• Reimbursement of homeowners/rental insurance deductible up to $500 (if other household goods are stolen and covered under primary insurance)

 Windshield Repair

If your windshield is chipped or damaged, there's no need to drive around with an unsightly crack that makes it hard to see the road; we would be happy to fix it for you. If the crack is less than six inches long and 1.5 inches in diameter, we will reimburse you for the repair. You can use this benefit 2 times per 12 months, and we will offer up to $200 per windshield repair. Don't let a windshield crack get you down; let us help you get your windshield looking great again.

 Tire Road Hazard

It's not always smooth cruising on the road; sometimes you'll come across a hazard that could damage your tires. If you experience a tire impact with a road hazard (rocks, road debris, nails, glass, potholes, etc.) and your tires are damaged, we will help you get back on your feet--or wheels.

We will reimburse you up to $50 for a tire repair (plug or patch), or if the tire can't be repaired using Tire Industry Standards, we will reimburse you up to $200 per tire for replacement of a tire or similar quality. The mount, balance and taxes are included in reimbursement amount.

Sometimes road hazards are unavoidable, and you shouldn't have to pay the price for the damage they cause to your tires. We are happy to take care of it under the Village Advantage Program so you can focus on getting back on the road.

 Key Replacement

There's no shame in losing your keys; it happens to the best of us. We understand that customers like you lead busy lives, and it's easy to lose track of or damage your car keys along the way. That's why we offer a key replacement benefit.

In the event you lose, damage or destroy your key, and/or key FOB, we will reimburse you up to $800 for the repair or replacement. You can use this benefit once per 12 months. Losing your keys doesn't have to be a big deal; just call us and we will take care of it.

 Rental Car

Car repairs are not always a quick fix; sometimes they can take days. At Village Toyota we know that you can't put your life on hold while you wait for your car to be repaired; you still need a way to get around. That's why we offer rental car reimbursements.In the event of an overnight repair under OEM warranty, vehicle service contract, limited warranty or customer pay repair, you may be eligible for a reimbursement. We can reimburse you for up to 5 days, at $40 per day ($200 max), for rental car expenses. This way, you can get on with your busy schedule even while your car is being repaired.

 Paintless Dent Repair

Dents in your car don't affect the way your vehicle works, but they sure can be an eyesore. There's no need to settle for a dented vehicle when we can help you fix it. If you have any small dents in your vehicle, the best way to reverse them is with paintless dent repair. This is a metal body repair that removes or improves the appearance of small dents and dings in the metal panels on your vehicle without damaging the painted surface.

With the Dimmitt Advantage Program, we will reimburse you for paintless dent repair performed on your vehicle. We offer up to $200 per use, and you can use this benefit 2 times per 12 months. We will have your vehicle looking its best in no time.
