Storm Relief Customer Support Program
As a result of the severe weather and flooding caused by recent storms, many people sustained damage to their vehicle. The $1,000 SET Storm Relief Customer Support program certificate is available to assist customers with verifiable damage to their vehicle that meet all the following criteria:
Program Dates: New vehicle MUST BE purchased or leased between August 4, 2024 through December 7, 2024 (October 7, 2024 is the deadline for Hurricane Debby Storm Relief and November 25, 2024 is the deadline for Hurricane Helene Relief).
Program Vehicles: Eligible for the purchase or lease of a new and untitled 2024 or 2025 Toyota model. $1,000 Customer Support Program Cash MUST BE applied to price of the vehicle at the time of purchase.
Insurance Claim Documentation: Any customer that shows a copy of their insurance claim form or official verifiable documentation from their carrier indicating their vehicle was damaged (vehicle does NOT need to be a Toyota) or totaled as a result of severe weather or flooding between 8/4/24 and 8/11/24 (Hurricane Debby), between 9/26/24 and 9/30/24 (Hurricane Helene), or between 10/9/24 and 10/19/24 (Hurricane Milton) will qualify for this Customer Support Cash Program. Insurance claimant name must match retail customer information.
Only 1 Customer Support Program Insurance Certificate can be used name per new vehicle transaction and is non-transferable. Offer ONLY available at participating Southeast Toyota Dealers (In Alabama, Florida, Georgia, South Carolina and North Carolina).
