Joe Petrillo has assumed the role of General Manager of Village Cadillac Toyota, located in Homosassa FL off US 19. Joe Petrillo joined the Dimmitt Automotive Group in May 2018 as the General Manager of Audi Wesley Chapel and has 38 years of experience in automotive retailing. He has represented brands such as Lexus, Mercedes, Audi, Ford, Lincoln, Chevrolet, Cadillac, Honda, and Dodge during his automotive career and brings a unique luxury experience to better service the Village Cadillac Toyota community, located just minutes from Spring Hill, Ocala, and Hernando. “The guest experience is the most important aspect of our business. Our focus on delivering an exceptional customer experience is the key to long term success,” says Petrillo, who enjoys spending time with his wife Desiree, four children, and 3 grandchildren and is a member of the Southern Hills Golf Club in Brooksville.
Don Fortier brings over 45 years of industry experience in both sales and service, with experience in brands such as Cadillac, Toyota, Ford, Chevrolet, Pontiac, Nissan, Lincoln, and Mercury. He resides locally with close ties to the community and previously operated a dealership in Brooksville for several years, now enjoying reconnecting with those same guests visiting him at Village Toyota. “I treat my guests as I would my own family,” says Fortier, who has raised three children and now enjoys his time as a grandfather to two girls.
Petrillo and Fortier have joined forces with Dimmitt veteran Jerome George, Parts and Service Director of Operations, who has over 20 years of parts and service experience, 16 of those with the Dimmitt family of dealerships. “My philosophy is building customers for life,” says George, and his reputation is evident among the dealer group. In the days leading up to Hurricane Irma, there was much trepidation over the eventual human and material impact the hurricane would have. Hurricane Irma, after all, will go down in history as one of the most notorious storms to ever form in the Atlantic Ocean, ultimately making landfall as a CAT4 hurricane in the Florida Keys September 10th. Sustained winds of up to 185 mph made it deadly, forcing mandatory and voluntary evacuations across the state of Florida.
